Terms of Service for Posted

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Posted. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Posted.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Posted. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You may not impersonate another person or create an account for anyone other than yourself.

Content You Post

• You retain ownership of the photos, captions, comments, and other content you post ("User Content").
• By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the app, solely for the purpose of operating and providing the app to you and other users.
• You're responsible for the content you post. Don't post anything you don't have the rights to share.

Community Guidelines and Zero-Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Posted has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior of any kind. You may not use the app to post, send, or otherwise share content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
• Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or exploitation of any person, especially minors
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity or affiliation
• Infringes on someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is spam, or is designed to deceive or defraud other users

Posted provides tools for users to report content and accounts they believe violate these guidelines, and to block accounts they don't want to interact with. We review reports and, at our discretion, may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms — without prior notice, if we determine the violation warrants it.

Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, if you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines above.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at FranklinW1023@gmail.com, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the content guidelines above, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code, except as permitted by law

Disclaimers

Posted is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posted and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including content posted by other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
